There are a number of clinics which have been specially arranged across the county. Please see below message from the SAIS (School Aged Immunisation Service)
Parents first need to complete the consent form for their child (see link below) using School Code: NG139430 and then once done, let us know by email they wish to book a flu clinic (if they send the name and school of the child and request a clinic appointment to sais@nottshc.nhs.uk).
We can then send them a unique reference number for their child and a link to book a slot.
