Year 6 Week 9
Your work for this week is all under one easy to use document. Download the document below and follow your instructions for each day, each lesson has a link to the twinkl documents for you to download and follow. On the planning sheet there is a reminder of how to log onto twinkl and download the lessons.

Literacy
This weeks literacy focus is all about setting descriptions. There is a reading focus for the first two lessons, then you'll be identifying features, figurative language and then finally writing your own.
Foundation Subjects
This week we have set activities surrounding Science week last week. There are a range of activities from the British Science Week website for you to work through.
Numeracy
In Numeracy this week you will have a recap about 3D shapes and then a review of the parts of a circle. You will recognise the shapes, recognise the nets, solve problems involving them and then name the parts of a circle.
SMSC
This week there are activities are exploring self-esteem, self reflection and making targets for yourself.
