Due to the rain forecast for tomorrow we have had to make a few changes… See below for details:
- Choir – the 2 choirs will now sing along the corridor beside the KS1 library. When they have finished singing children will need to be collected from the outside door of the 2S classroom.
- Santa’s Grotto – the actual Grotto (in a Gazebo) will still be outside but the queue will be inside through 1R which is along the corridor on the right hand side as you approach from the reception. We will also be having a time slot system to avoid the queue spilling out onto the corridor and causing congestion. When you leave the Grotto you will have to go back into school via reception.
- The Snowman Game will be along the corridor just past where the choir are singing and the Christmas Tree for selfie’s will be in reception.
- The Hoodwinked Robins will be outside of reception.
- Hotdogs and Hot chocolate will now be served in the KS1 Dining Hall.
We will still be having the one way system from reception down the corridor, around KS1 Hall and then down to the KS1 Dining Hall.
The prizes for the raffle are fabulous – meal out, massage, huge cuddly unicorns, theatre tickets, local crafts and all the amazing coloured hampers to name a few. There is lots of food including hotdogs, samosas, pakoras, curry and burgers available in the KS1 Dining Hall.
The raffle will be called at 5.00pm in the KS1 Hall. Hope you all enjoy!
