Please see below for information on some upcoming craft sessions and the winners of the Seely Bake off are revealed....
SEELY BAKE OFF:
Wow!! What amazing bakers we have at the school! Thanks to everyone who took part in this event which took place on Wednesday. The judges deliberated over the designs, texture, techniques and the taste – just like the real bake off! The winners were Guinevere (4G) and Nora (1R), closely followed by Evie (3/4MDH). Well done to all of our winners, and thank you to everyone who baked for us.
FAMILY CRAFT SESSION TO SUPPORT NOTTINGHAMSHIRE HOSPICE:
We are putting on 2 glass jar decorating sessions to try and help raise money for the Nottinghamshire Hospice Shop in Sherwood. The jars will then be filled with sweets (by the Hospice shop) or a tea light put in them. They will then be sold at their Christmas Fair on 25th November and in the shop.
If you are bringing a jar/jars with you to decorate please ensure they are thoroughly washed out and the label has been soaked off, ready for decorating. We do have some jars in school if you don't have one to bring.
The sessions will be Wednesday 14th and 21st November 3.30-5.00pm in the KS1 Dining Hall. Please just turn up on the day.
FOS CHRISTMAS CRAFT WORKSHOPS
Following the fantastic success of last years workshops one of our parents is planning the next lot of new and exciting Christmas Workshops. These will take place from 3:30-4:30pm in the KS1 Dining Hall.
£1 per child per session towards materials and refreshments. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. Sign up at the school office for sessions and pay on the day.
Monday 19th November: Christmas Tree Decorations.
Monday 26th November: Tasty Christmas Treats!
