Please see link below to the School Trips pages of the website where you will find a power point presentation containing details of the itinerary for the Year 4 Residential.
Your child will be bringing home an information pack.
Inside the pack you should find: a detailed information sheet, a packing list, a medical, contact and dietary form, behaviour contract and an OV4 form .
These forms must be filled in and returned to Mr Gyekye ASAP. Children will not be allowed to go on the residential if the forms have not been completed.
