IMPORTANT: For the attention of Parents/Carers of children in Nursery, Rec, Y1 & Y6

We have created a survey for you to complete to indicate your intention to send your child to school from 1st June. Please complete by Friday 15th May at 3.00 p.m. It is imperative that everyone responds.

This is an initial survey, more details on the reopening of school to these year groups will follow.
