Nursery Registration Form

Children are eligible to join our school nursery class from the term after their third birthday. If you would like to register your child for a place at our nursery please complete and submit the form below. We will then contact you the term before they are eligible to start, to offer them a nursery place (subject to availability). Places are offered based on children attending every day, Monday to Friday. Children may attend either 5 morning sessions or 5 afternoon sessions or 5 full days (based on 30 hour funding eligibility). Please inform the main school office to update any change of address , telephone number or email.
