2S Visit to Abbeyfields Care Home 2015
Singing to our senior citizens
Class 2S sang at Abbeyfields in Sherwood on National Care Home Open Day on 19-6-15. They sang at Sycamore House and in Kenyon Lodge. They had the opportunity to play on some huge chimes and interact with the Starchild puppet from City Arts.
A visitor said "They sang beautifully. I could hear every word!"
Afterwards they were invited to have juice and biscuits & chat with the residents.
